Located in the Annapurna Mountains, we offer trails using purpose built lodges constructed and managed by an American company with 20 years experience in both Africa and Nepal.

All lodges are a day walk apart and allow guests to experience in comfort some of the most spectacular mountain vistas in the world.

Trekking in Nepal has always been associated with sleeping in small tents on hard beds or mats, washing in cold water, sharing communal toilets and living fairly basically. Ker and Downey is unique in Nepal as it offers the only program which allows guests to experience the magnificent scenery in style and comfort whilst staying in ensuite rooms with comfortable beds with sheets, blankets, down pillows and hot water bottles.

GURUNG LODGE- MAJGAON

Tribal-style houses and manicured garden comprise the Gurung lodge on the edge of the Majhgaon. Located at 4.620 feet the views of surrounding valleys are truly incredible and provide excellent photographic opportunities.

MALA LODGE -TOMIJONG

Cradled in the lap of the Annapurna lowlands amongst rice terraces and a quaint bee keeping village, Mala Lodge is a sanctuary with the Machhapuchhre Mountain looming tall as if protecting it.

LA BEE LODGE-LANDRUK

La Bee lodge is located in Landruk (5379 ft.) a typical village of the Gurung community who are also known as the famous Gurkhas.

BASANTA LODGE-DHAMPUS

The Basanta Lodge at 4,920 feet in Dhampus offers panoramic views of the Phedi and Mardi Valleys. Nearby activities include nature walks through thick forests of bamboo, conifer and rhododendrons.

HIMALAYA LODGE- GHANDRUK

Located at over 6,500 feet, the Himalaya Lodge, in the shadow of the Annapurna overlooks Ghandruk, once a popular recruitment location for the Gurkha soldier

SANCTUARY LODGE-BIRETHANTI

With stunning views of the sacred Fishtail Mountain in the distance, this stylish lodge at 3,600 feet was hand crafted by local artisans. Drive an hour and 15 minutes to road head called Nayapul.
